How Billing Works

We Handle the Paperwork

1
Confirm Your Program Eligibility
During your free assessment, we confirm which program covers your care — MA, CFSS, AC, ICLS, or private pay. We help families understand their coverage before care begins.
2
Receive Your Service Authorization
Your county, managed care organization, or DHS issues a service authorization outlining your approved hours and services. Triple N coordinates directly with your care coordinator.
3
Triple N Bills Your Program Directly
Once care begins, Triple N submits all billing directly to MA, CFSS, or the applicable program. Families do not submit claims or paperwork. For private pay, invoices are sent monthly.
4
You Focus on Care
Most clients enrolled in state-funded programs pay $0 out of pocket. Triple N handles the administrative side so families can focus on what matters.
